I was born the second child and son in a family which grew to include 9 children over the next 30 years.

As early as I can remember our family was always involved in one enterprise or another all of which included working well beyond a traditional work week. Hard work and a competitive environment molded my family and me to become above average performers in school, sports, business and life. Jeanine, my wife of 28 years and my 3 sons; David, Dan, and Doug have always supported my responsibilities with McMillin Realty, Midas Auto Service Experts and McDonalds Restaurants.

Having lived in the Carmel Mountain Ranch / Rancho Peñasquitos area for 18 years, my family and I have been very active in Little League Baseball, Soccer, Basketball, Track and Field and especially involved in the Mt. Carmel High School Football program. Jeanine was part of the Mt. Carmel Football Booster Club for 9 years, 2 of those as board president and on the Mt. Carmel Athletic Foundation for 7 years. I am on the Board of Directors for the Carmel Mountain Ranch Business Association and have held this position for the last 7 years. I currently serve as the Treasurer.

Since 1980 I have been involved in the purchase, sale, management, remodeling and new construction of multiple homes and retail establishments for my family’s multiple businesses and for others. I was first licensed as a Realtor in Colorado in 1985 and licensed in California as a Realtor since 2005. I have been involved in the management, purchase and sale of over 75 Million dollars worth of properties during my last 25 years of business experience.

Throughout my career I have been recognized for my negotiation abilities, marketing skills, attention to details and my honesty, dedication and loyalty to customers and friends.

I am confident that I can use my proven ability/discipline to assist and to advise all of my current/future clients in all of their Real Estate investment decisions.
